Bishop Charles A. Johnson is the founding Pastor of WOCC. He was sent out by Word Reaching Destiny Ministries of Conyers, GA under the leadership of Bishop Al Sermon. World OverComers Community Church began on July 1, 2009 with Wednesday Night Bible Study held at the Waterford Place Recreation Center, 3196 Mt. Zion Rd, Stockbridge, GA. Greg & Pamela Bolden were the first persons to attend the church along with Pastor & Minister Janice. On the second Wednesday Night Service, Mary & Michael Griggs attended the service and have been with the ministry every since. ​

The Vision & Mission of World OverComers Community Churc h:   World OverComers Community Church is a Word of Faith, Evangelistic, Soul-winning church. God has called us to reach unchurched families in our communities and to strengthen the family structure by making disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. We envision baptizing believers by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. 

Romans 10:8 & 9 – But what sayeth it? The word is nigh  thee even in thy mouth and in thy heart: that is the Word of Faith which we preach. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved .
